Bassmint Music considers new executives
Columbus, Ohio - Bassmint Music a premier independent music online record label, music publisher and music marketing company held a conference call meeting on Tuesday December 16, 2008, with three new potential members of the Bassmint Music management team and distributor.In attendance, was a former senior finance executive of two of the Big-3 major labels who is considering coming on board as VP and CFO and two additional directors with music industry and business experience. They will manage the Director of Marketing and Promotions and Director of Media & PR roles and responsibilities respectively. More information and names of the new candidates will be announced soon.
The company plans to initiate a private equity offerring to accredited investors in coming months. Bassmint will license and feature an independent music artists download service and streaming HD video service. Development for mobile devices is being researched. A new look and feel to the company's websites are also underway.
Bassmint recently re-confirmed it's internship opportunity with the University of Tampa. Bassmint will reinstate it's internship program with several other universities in coming weeks including the University of Miami (FL.) and The Ohio State University's Journalism and Communications department.
